Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledgers, journals, and balance sheets.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and manage cash flow effectively.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a General Accountant, preferably at a mid-senior level.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and general ledger functions.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams effectively.
