Job Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient project execution
- Manage and mentor a team of IT and security professionals
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and delivery within scope, budget, and timeline
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners
- Drive innovation in IT infrastructure, building automation, and security systems
Requirements
- Extensive experience in IT infrastructure, CCTV, fire alarm, access control, and VoIP systems
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams
- Proven track record in financial management and strategic planning
- Excellent client and stakeholder communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent
- Knowledge of smart building technology is a plus
