Key Responsibilities

• Collect, control, and enter variable payroll elements.
• Prepare and issue pay slips.
• Participate in social declarations.
• Ensure administrative follow-up of personnel files.
• Control data consistency and identify payroll anomalies.
• Follow up on client requests related to payroll and personnel administration.

Requirements

• Minimum Bac+3 in Human Resources, Management, Accounting, or equivalent.
• Mandatory experience of 1 to 3 years in French payroll.
• Good knowledge of French payroll rules and mechanisms.
• Experience in an accounting firm or payroll outsourcing is an asset.
• Proficiency in a payroll software, ideally Silae, is appreciated.
• Rigor, organization, confidentiality, and team spirit.
• Ability to manage routine payroll tasks with seriousness and method.
