SAP FICO Consultant

VEO Worldwide Services is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join their development team in Tunis, Tunisia. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Finance and Accounting, coupled with SAP knowledge and a desire to grow in IT consulting. Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to Finance and Controlling processes.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications.
• Collaborate with ABAP developers to support the implementation of technical solutions.
• Contribute to SAP FICO configuration, enhancements and corrective maintenance.
• Perform functional and integration testing to ensure solution quality and prevent regressions.
• Support users by providing guidance, training and assistance.
• Follow up on project activities and ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Professional experience in Finance, Accounting, Controlling or a similar role.
• Experience with SAP FICO (FI and CO modules).
• Strong understanding of accounting, corporate finance and management control processes.
• An interest in transitioning towards a more IT-oriented SAP consulting role.
• Knowledge of functional specifications, SAP configuration and testing.
• Basic knowledge of ABAP and SQL is an advantage.
• French and English proficiency at C1 level is required.
