    Job Overview

    Responsible for managing the global material and logistic planning for Lucy Electric Plant. The role is responsible working with Manufacturing operations director to create, plan, implement and monitor the supply chain strategy for Lucy Electric global operations to maximize efficiency and productivity.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Work with the Manufacturing Operations Director to develop and implement the global supply chain strategy.
    • Monitor supplier OTIF (On-Time In-Full) and ensure material availability for all plants.
    • Implement visual supply chain management to support data-driven decision-making.
    • Optimize S&OP planning to meet customer requirements while reducing supply chain and manufacturing lead times.
    • Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure on-time in-full delivery targets are achieved.
    • Oversee all aspects of inventory management to optimize inventory targets and drive inventory reduction programs.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree or above in management, electrical, mechanical, industrial engineering, or related fields.
    • Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in middle or senior management.
    • Strong communication, teamwork, and continuous improvement skills.
    • Proven track record in delivering manufacturing and supply chain best practices.
    • Broad experience working in a multi-national, matrix organization.
