This role reports to the Chairman / Group CEO and will be key in shaping the company's equity story and capital markets positioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the equity story and capital markets positioning.
• Build and maintain relationships with high-quality global institutional investors.
• Develop a structured investor targeting strategy.
• Plan and execute non-deal roadshows, investor meetings, conferences, and investor days.
• Provide Chairman & Senior Management Capital Markets Support.
• Manage earnings and investor communications.
• Gather and analyze capital markets intelligence.

Requirements

• 10–18 Years Of Relevant Capital Markets Experience.
• Profile 1: Senior professional from a leading global investment bank or high-quality investment banking platform, preferably with experience in Technology, AI, Software, or Industrial Technology.
• Profile 2: Current or Former Head/VP of Investor Relations at a U.S.-listed technology or industrial technology company, ideally with experience in companies with $1B-$20B market capitalization.
• Profile 3: Senior Equity Research Professional covering Technology, AI, Software, Semiconductor, or Industrial Technology with strong financial modeling and valuation capabilities.
• Profile 4: Investment professional from a respected technology, growth, small/mid-cap or deep-tech investment platform with a strong understanding of institutional investment decision-making and public company valuation.
• Existing relationships within the U.S. institutional investor community are strongly preferred.
