Andaz by Hyatt is seeking a Guest Service Officer - Front Office with Russian speaking skills to join their team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering warm, personalized service and ensuring a seamless experience. This role is key to creating meaningful connections and upholding Andaz brand service standards.

You will be responsible for providing an excellent and consistent level of service to customers and contributing to the smooth and efficient running of the Reception within the Rooms Division.
