Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with Vanderlande’s business objectives for UAE and KSA.
• Oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and HR operations.
• Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and regulations in both the United Arab Emirates and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing HR team, fostering a culture of engagement and excellence.
• Drive organizational development initiatives, change management processes, and workforce planning.
• Act as a strategic advisor to regional leadership on all human capital matters and organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing HR strategies specifically within the UAE and KSA markets.
• In-depth knowledge of Middle Eastern labor laws, HR best practices, and cultural nuances.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex HR projects, drive organizational change, and build strong stakeholder relationships.
