Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the dining service team, ensuring attentive, efficient, and high-quality service.
• Coordinate table service, manage reservations, and seating plans.
• Supervise waitstaff and resolve guest inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Liaise with kitchen and bar for timely food and beverage delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in the dining area.
• Lead by example, uphold brand and service standards, and foster a positive environment.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and problem-solving.
• Experience in food & beverage operations, including menu familiarity and upselling.
• Practical food service skills and coordination with kitchen and bar teams.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work with diverse guests and team members.
• Previous experience as a Head Waiter, Supervisor, or senior waitstaff is strongly preferred.
• Ability to lead and train a team, handle busy periods, and maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.
