Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all kitchen and back-of-house food & beverage areas are cleaned to standard operating procedures.
• Oversee the correct setup of banquet functions according to banquet function orders.
• Ensure all outlets and food production areas are supplied with clean and dry operating equipment.
• Manage proper waste disposal and maintain cleanliness in the waste disposal room.
• Adhere to hygiene schedules, close down checklists, and maintain cleaning records.

Requirements

• Related Work Experience: 2 years work experience in Stewarding Department.
• Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.
• Have a complete understanding of and adhere to the company's policy relating to fire, hygiene and safety.
• Work to the hygiene schedules and close down checklists that are laid out.
• To keep up to date records of cleaning and dishwasher temperatures etc., as instructed.
