Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in their homes according to prescribed care plans.
- Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and perform wound care as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, medication adherence, and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting all observations and interventions.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure holistic and continuous patient care.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients at all times.
Requirements
- Relevant nursing qualification or degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license in the UAE (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and families.
- Ability to work independently, manage a caseload, and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
- A compassionate, empathetic, and patient-focused approach to care.
- Basic life support (BLS) certification.
