Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Manage reservations, enquiries, waitlists and seating arrangements.
• Recognize VIPs, regular guests and special-occasion bookings.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and reservation details.
• Coordinate with Reception and Restaurant teams to support table turnover.
• Answer telephone and online enquiries accurately.
• Handle guest feedback while maintaining exceptional grooming standards.

Requirements

• At least 1–2 years of experience as a Hostess in an upscale restaurant.
• Experience using SevenRooms or a similar reservation system.
• Confident working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Polished presence with excellent communication and guest-engagement skills.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional language is a strong advantage.
