Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the venue and provide accurate wait times.
• Organise reservations, floor plans and table allocations.
• Ensure prompt, courteous and efficient service at all times.
• Assist the department to drive guest satisfaction by providing consistent guest experiences.
• Report positive and constructive guest feedback to the manager.
• Maintain a clean reception area.
