Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer management.
  • Provide expert advisory solutions to clients on talent acquisition strategies and human capital planning.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting relationships with both clients and prospective candidates.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify talent pools, industry trends, and competitive insights.
  • Ensure all HR and recruitment activities comply with local labor laws and best practices.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of internal HR processes and policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Human Resources, recruitment, or a related talent acquisition role.
  • Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a dynamic consulting environment.
  • Proficiency in using various recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HRIS.
