Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and recommendations for management.
- Mentor and guide junior audit staff.
Requirements
- Proven experience in internal audit, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of auditing principles, accounting standards, and risk management frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in audit software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff.
- Relevant professional certification (e.g., CIA, CISA) is a plus.
