Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in cruise line operations, business planning, or a related maritime management role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Maritime Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.
