Quick Details

• Job Type: Full-time
• Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in the related subject with PGCE or other teacher qualification.
• Experience: 2 years teaching experience

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver outstanding teaching and learning in line with the school's policies.
• Create a positive learning climate, identifying clear objectives and setting targets for students.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of SEN, EAL, and G&T students.
• Maintain discipline according to the school’s ‘Behaviour for Learning Policy’.
• Assess student progress, provide feedback, and prepare reports for parents.
• Contribute to the school’s CAS Programme and act as an Academic Mentor and Extended Essay Supervisor.

Requirements

• Very good/outstanding teacher with proven success across the ability range.
• Experience of working in more than one International School and teaching IB and I/GCSE.
• Knowledge of UAE Ministry of Education and ADEK regulations.
• Commitment to the school’s vision, IB Philosophy and Mission Statement.
• Passion for education and belief in the potential of every student.
• Ability to work under pressure, problem-solve, and be resilient.
