Key Responsibilities

• Analyze hotel performance against budget, forecast, prior year and market benchmarks.
• Monitor key performance indicators (Occupancy, ADR and RevPAR) and market share metrics through STR reports, providing insights and recommendations to support revenue optimization strategies.
• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting tools and analytical models.
• Consolidate information from multiple systems into actionable insights.
• Support Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing and Operations teams with analytical requirements.

Requirements

• Assist with forecasts, budgets, strategy presentations and business reviews.
• Evaluate promotions, commercial initiatives and business cases through data analysis.
• Support departments with performance tracking and ad-hoc analytical requests.
• Provide analytical support to revenue-generating departments and cross-functional initiatives as required.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and integrity across reporting platforms.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and enhanced reporting capabilities.
