Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily administrative operations for holiday home rentals.
• Coordinate guest bookings, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Support property maintenance and housekeeping schedules.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to operations.
• Ensure adherence to company standards and DTCM regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or operational role, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in administrative software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills.
