Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate travel arrangements for corporate and group clients.
• Handle bookings for flights, hotels, and transfers.
• Provide full on-trip support to clients.
• Ensure seamless and memorable travel experiences.
• Liaise with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Travel Operations / Reservations.
• Strong Customer Service background.
• Experience with hotel bookings, travel portals & reservation systems.
• Fluency in Filipino (Tagalog) and English.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Currently based in the UAE.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
