Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely, professional, and efficient delivery of guest luggage, mail, deliveries, and faxes.
• Handle guest complaints, comments, problems, and requests professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about resort facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Assist guests with luggage loading/unloading and delivery to/from rooms.
• Communicate effectively with guests and respond promptly to requests.
• Work collaboratively within a diverse team environment.

Requirements

• Completed Secondary School education.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar position in a five-star hotel.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.
• Effective communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
