This role involves responding to guest repair requests, performing preventive maintenance, and completing painting and minor repair tasks. The position is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Key Responsibilities

• Respond and attend to guest repair requests.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment.
• Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines.
• Perform surface preparation, painting, minor drywall and wood trim repair.
• Test, troubleshoot and perform basic repair on various equipment and systems.
• Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent.
• Some experience in general maintenance, exterior and interior surface preparation and painting.
• Experience in hotel engineering or maintenance is a plus.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Possession of a Driver's License.
• Ability to perform tasks including lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
