Key Responsibilities

• Attend to customer inquiries, check parts availability, and organize delivery within standard time.
• Source parts from other locations or order through the inventory department to meet urgent customer requirements.
• Prepare “Sales Return Note” for customer returns, adjust stock and payments accordingly.
• Promote the sale of accessories to increase sales and profitability.
• Contribute to the coordination of promotions for seasonal products and slow-moving inventory.
• Make regular visits to credit customers to ensure business continuity and resolve outstanding issues.
• Handle escalated customer complaints regarding supply delays or defective/damaged/wrong parts.
• Guide and motivate subordinates to enhance performance, produce quality work, and ensure continuous development.

Requirements

• Diploma in Automobile Engineering or similar field.
• 5+ years of total relevant experience.
• 1-2 years of Supervisory experience.
• Ability to identify parts requirements and assist customers with cost-benefit purchasing decisions.
• Experience in promoting sales of accessories and coordinating promotions.
• Skills in handling customer complaints and resolving grievances.
