Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming environment.

  • Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Coordinate with medical staff to optimize patient flow and clinic operations.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as answering phones and managing correspondence.
