Key Responsibilities

• Support daily procurement operations by sourcing, purchasing, and coordinating the delivery of goods and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with approved suppliers while identifying alternative sources.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and storage practices to minimize waste.
• Collaborate with Receiving, Storeroom, and Cost Control teams for accurate inventory records.
• Prepare quotations, price comparisons, bid analyses, and purchasing reports.
• Ensure purchasing activities comply with company policies and operational standards.

Requirements

• Experience in purchasing, procurement, inventory management, or supply chain operations within hospitality or a similar industry.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail, commitment to accuracy, compliance, and cost control.
• Confidence in managing supplier relationships, negotiations, and procurement administration.
• Comfortable working with inventory systems, procurement software, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent communication in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
