    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct and report on quality and food safety controls within the hotel.
    • Implement and monitor compliance with Rixos Hotels UAE quality management standards.
    • Ensure compliance with hotel’s quality, food safety, and sustainability management certifications.
    • Attend Rixos Hotels UAE cross-internal audits and conduct supplier audits.
    • Perform laboratory sampling, analyze, and report results.
    • Carry out and record trainings related to quality management, food safety, and sustainability.

    Requirements

    • Diploma or degree in Food Engineering, Food Technology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or related field.
    • At least 2 years of experience in 4/5 star hotels based in the UAE.
    • Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 10002, ISO 14001, TS EN 15288:2, ISO 22000, GSTC, IBCCES CAC standards.
    • Familiarity with local food safety laws and regulations.
    • Ability to conduct audits and report findings.
