Key Responsibilities

• Ensure and model professional customer service.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
• Cross-train in all areas of store operations including Stocking/Sales associate duties.
• Lead, coach, and develop others.
• Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled.

Requirements

• Recent leadership experience.
• Passion for a career in retail.
• Ability to work respectful schedules during operating hours of 6am - 10pm.
• Willingness to cross-train in all areas of store operations.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized store.
