Job Overview

Melco Resorts & Entertainment is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to join its housekeeping team in Limassol, Cyprus. The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning, servicing, and turndown of guest rooms, as well as maintaining guest corridors and service areas, ensuring that all standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily cleaning and turndown service according to SOPs and hotel standards.
• Deliver amenities and set up special guestroom requests (e.g., decorations for occasions).
• Replenish minibars and ensure accurate room supplies.
• Handle guest queries and resolve complaints politely and efficiently.
• Report maintenance issues and ensure minimal guest disturbance during repairs.
• Maintain cleanliness of staff areas, guest corridors, stairwells, and service lobbies.
• Properly handle and report lost & found items.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and report any accidents or unsafe conditions.
• Operate housekeeping equipment carefully and safely.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve excellent guest service and maintain the hotel’s luxury standards.

Requirements

• High School diploma.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a room attendant in a luxury hotel (preferred).
• Strong sense of teamwork and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to lift/carry up to 12kg and handle frequent movement of items.
• Flexible to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays on a rotational basis.
• Excellent communication skills, integrity, and discretion.
• Self-motivated and approachable personality.
