Key Responsibilities

• Build enterprise-grade ERP systems.
• Design scalable backend services and work with microservices architecture.
• Develop and deliver scalable, production-ready ERP and enterprise software solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, scalable, and production-ready code.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers.
• Take ownership of backend components.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in backend development.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience developing ERP or enterprise business management systems.
• Strong practical experience with Microservices Architecture and distributed systems.
• Proficiency in Python and Django.
• Working knowledge of Java and Java-based backend development.
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs, API integration, authentication, and backend security.
• Strong knowledge of database design, SQL, data modelling, and performance optimisation.
• Experience with Git/GitHub and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
