Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of global operations excellence strategies.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity across all service lines.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement through Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
- Collaborate with regional and country leadership to standardize best practices.
- Monitor key performance indicators and ensure operational targets are met or exceeded.
- Mentor and develop a team of operations professionals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and process improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and change management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment and travel as required.
