• Qualifications: Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality, fresher or 1 year of experience in 4-5 star hotel. Fluency in Russian Language

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain complete knowledge of dining room layout, table setups, restaurant capacity, hours of operation, and reservation procedures.
• Answer telephone within 3 rings, using correct salutations and telephone etiquette.
• Take, record, and confirm restaurant reservations and cancellations.
• Greet guests at the entrance of the restaurant and seat them accordingly.
• Ensure guests are pleased with their table and present the open menu.
• Anticipate heavy business times and organize procedures to handle waiting lines.

Requirements

• Fluency in Russian Language is essential.
• Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality.
• 1 year of experience in a 4-5 star hotel.
• Ability to maintain complete knowledge of hotel services and activities.
• Handle guest complaints following instant pacification procedures and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Promote a cooperative working climate, maximizing productivity and quality.
