• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline. A Master’s degree is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of Core42’s Enterprise Risk Management framework.
• Conduct enterprise-wide risk assessments and facilitate risk workshops to identify, evaluate, and monitor risks.
• Maintain enterprise risk registers and ensure effective tracking of risk ownership, controls, and mitigation plans.
• Assess and monitor risks across IT infrastructure, cloud environments, cybersecurity domains, and business continuity programs.
• Prepare executive-level risk reports, dashboards, and heatmaps for senior management and stakeholders.
• Drive enterprise-wide risk awareness initiatives and training programs to strengthen risk culture.
• Assess risks associated with Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Operational Risk Management, or related disciplines.
• Proven experience designing, implementing, and managing enterprise risk management frameworks.
• Strong understanding of risk management methodologies and governance principles.
• Experience conducting technical risk assessments across IT infrastructure, cloud environments, and cybersecurity programs.
• Knowledge of security and risk management frameworks, including NIST, ISO 31000, COSO ERM, and ISO 27001.
