• Salary Range: 25k AED - 30k AED per month

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Python code for an AI-powered trading system.
• Contribute to building a new fintech product from the ground up.
• Collaborate with the founding team to define and execute the product roadmap.
• Utilize AI coding tools like Windsurf or Cursor.
• Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Requirements

• 6+ years' commercial experience with Python.
• Experience with AI coding tools (e.g., Windsurf, Cursor).
• Startup mindset and experience in building from scratch (0-1 building).
• Strong understanding of AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Proven commercial experience in a quant/trading role or general fintech experience.
• Must already be based in the UAE.
