Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed quantity take-offs and measurements for mechanical works across EPC projects.
• Prepare and review cost estimates, budgets, and commercial forecasts.
• Evaluate completed works and prepare interim and final valuations.
• Manage measurement records and ensure accurate cost reporting.
• Administer contractual obligations and identify, evaluate, and manage variations, change orders, and claims.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure estimate accuracy and alignment with project requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Quantity Surveying and Estimation for large-scale EPC projects.
• Strong experience within Oil & Gas projects, with additional exposure to civil, marine, power, industrial, or plant projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in project cost estimation, budgeting, valuation, cost control, and contract administration.
• Experience managing variations, claims, and commercial negotiations in EPC environments.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related discipline), Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management.
• Professional certifications such as AACE, RICS, or other relevant industry-recognized credentials are preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of estimation methodologies and quantity surveying practices for EPC projects.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, CostX, Primavera, and other relevant estimation and project controls software.
