Key Responsibilities

• Provide second-line support for Instant Roaming, Open-Connectivity Roaming, SMS Translator, Steering of Roaming, Managed PGW, and other related services.
• Monitor network and service availability and quality, performing proactive and reactive maintenance activities.
• Manage incidents and carry out planned maintenance work.
• Participate in the implementation of new services and network rollout projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, validate routing, and ensure high service availability.
• Work closely with vendors, monitor their performance, and ensure proper service delivery.
• Support customers worldwide with roaming-related issues and cooperate with mobile operators and Travel SIM companies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, IT, ICT, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in telecommunications, primarily in signaling or roaming.
• Strong understanding of network architecture, SS7/SIGTRAN, LTE, GSM call flows, Mobile Packet Core call flows, and roaming scenarios.
• Familiarity with telecommunications technologies and ITU/ETSI standards.
• Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
• Upper-intermediate (B2) English proficiency or higher.
