Key Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance on all types of Tesla vehicles using Tesla-specific software and advanced tools.
• Fix it right the first time, inspecting vehicles diligently before return and pre-delivery to ensure top quality.
• Collaborate across teams, sharing support and best practices to improve the service experience.
• Develop technical skills through dedicated in-house training and by sharing knowledge with the team.
• Support junior team members with their repairs and location management tasks.
• Become proficient to perform most complex repairs autonomously.

Requirements

• Extensive professional experience performing vehicle service and repairs within automotive, aviation, marine, or similar industries.
• Relevant certification to perform vehicle repairs in UAE.
• Ability to speak and write English clearly and respectfully.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, mornings, and evenings.
• Willingness to travel when needed.
