Key Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery and qualification to determine engagement value, feasibility, and suitability.
• Apply design thinking and business analysis to frame problems, define value, and translate needs into requirements.
• Shape programs, define roadmaps, and manage end-to-end execution from discovery through production adoption.
• Maintain technical fluency across AI, cloud, data, and application domains to partner with engineers.
• Use data-driven decision making to create dashboards and recommend continuation, pivot, scale, or stop decisions.
• Manage risks, readiness, and governance, identifying technical, data, security, and regulatory risks early.
• Ensure stakeholder alignment through concise communication and facilitation of trade-offs.
• Drive customer adoption and change management for successful solution integration.
• Identify recurring customer patterns for productization and field feedback to improve Core42 platforms.
• Foster continuous improvement through retrospectives and learning sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of experience in technical program management, product development, engineering, data, or business analysis, with 5+ years leading complex programs.
• Demonstrated experience working directly with customers to move ambiguous needs into delivered technical capabilities.
• Strong business analysis, design thinking, and product discovery experience.
• Ability to write high-quality program and product artifacts.
• Technical fluency across AI/ML, cloud, data, APIs, and software delivery.
• Experience managing scope, dependencies, risks, and release readiness across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define and use metrics for business impact, adoption, and delivery health.
• Excellent executive communication, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• High ownership, structured problem solving, and sound judgment.
• Willingness to work regularly from customer locations and travel as needed.
