Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead Technicians in daily installation, repair, and maintenance work.
• Perform maintenance according to the preventative maintenance program and ad hoc needs.
• Update and ensure completion of work orders and maintain maintenance records of Gaming equipment.
• Monitor and request inventory of all gaming-related items.
• Conduct installation, repair, and maintenance work under strict safety conditions.
• Guide Technicians on proper and safe installation, repair, and maintenance of gaming operating equipment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a gaming technician or EGM technician.
• Secondary school diploma or above.
• Gaming-related certification or relevant technical training; strong knowledge of gaming products, equipment, systems, and regulations.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with gaming-related software and systems.
