Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day shop operations, including customer service and after-sales service.
• Oversee staff, control stock levels and inventories, and organize shop layout.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports, and attend buying sessions if required.
• Maintain an active customer database to achieve sales targets and provide continuous added value.
• Coordinate with back office, suppliers, and other teams for smooth running of operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant luxury retail experience.
• Fluent in Russian and English.
• Motivated to work towards set targets and KPIs.
• Experience with and passion for premium fashion brands.
• Strong commercial acumen and customer focus.
