Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, washing and storing equipment, utensils, and dishes.
• Ensure all stewarding areas are clean, organized, and well maintained.
• Perform general cleaning duties in accordance with established standards.
• Carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Stewarding Supervisor.
• Remove food waste and garbage at periodic intervals.
• Keep all kitchen areas clean, neat, tidy and well organized at all times.
