Key Responsibilities

• Operates dishwashing equipment to ensure adequate supplies of clean and sanitary tableware at all times.
• Maintains personal hygiene and sanitation standards as established by Health Department.
• Follows proper food storage, handling and preparation standards.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment through regular floor maintenance, trash removal, and proper storage of equipment.
• Handles and uses chemicals needed to clean and sanitize tableware in a safe manner.
