Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance and support for Sumsub’s verification platform.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by clients promptly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with development and product teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
  • Contribute to the creation and improvement of support documentation and FAQs.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic service.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably with SaaS or verification platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and CRM software.
  • Understanding of IT systems, network diagnostics, and API integrations is a plus.
