Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test procedures for hardware, software, and integrated systems.
• Execute various types of testing, including functional, performance, regression, and system integration testing.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with engineering teams for resolution and verification.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Maintain detailed documentation of test activities, findings, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements for defense and space manufacturing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Test Engineering role, preferably within defense, aerospace, or advanced manufacturing.
• Proven experience with test methodologies, tools, and automation frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of quality assurance standards and regulatory compliance (e.g., ISO, AS9100).
