Key Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests in assigned stations, recommending menu items and up-selling alternatives.
• Greet and welcome every guest, assist with seating, and introduce the menu specials.
• Take orders accurately and ensure correct posting into the POS system.
• Provide courteous, professional, and efficient service, adhering to hotel standards.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special dietary requirements courteously and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including table and bar set-up.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Food & Beverage Vocational certificate or diploma.
• HACCP certified.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar position in a five-star hotel.
• Experience in handling Point of Sale (POS) terminals and Stock & Inventory management software.
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork, effective communication, and flexibility.
