Key Responsibilities

Assist guests with luggage handling, including moving, lifting, and carrying items up to 50 pounds without assistance and over 75 pounds with assistance. Guide guests through the arrival and departure processes, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. Address guest requests promptly and professionally, sharing local area highlights and operational information. Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company policies, confidentiality, and quality standards. Ensure a safe workplace environment by following safety procedures and protecting company assets.

Requirements
