Key Responsibilities

  • Administer, configure, and maintain the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system.
  • Support the implementation of new Workday modules and functionalities.
  • Manage ongoing Workday operations, including security, integrations, and business processes.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Workday users and system issues.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to optimize Workday system performance and utility.
  • Develop and generate various reports, dashboards, and analytics from Workday.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Workday System Administrator or in a similar HRIS role.
  • Strong understanding of Workday HCM modules and functional areas.
  • Experience with Workday implementation, configuration, and day-to-day operations.
  • Ability to analyze complex system issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
