PeopleStories is seeking an Accelerator Board Member - Philanthropy & Fundraising to join their team in Cambodia. This role is crucial for developing a sustainable funding engine to support greater impact and empower children through education.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the Philanthropy & Fundraising Strategy.
• Be hands-on and lead a Fundraising & Partnerships Committee.
• Support and coach the CEO/Founder in donor and partner conversations.
• Strengthen the funding narrative and case for support.
• Open doors through introductions and relationship strategy across major donors, foundations and partnerships.
• Contribute to governance and Board effectiveness.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in major gifts, philanthropy, foundations and/or partnerships fundraising.
• Ability to build a practical strategy + pipeline.
• Strong relationship skills and credibility with donors/partners.
• Comfort supporting a growth-stage, founder-led organisation with clear boundaries and shared accountability.
• Ideally, you would have a strong network in Cambodia.
