Key Responsibilities

• Complete daily ATM reconciliation within the same business day and investigate discrepancies.
• Reconcile all IMT and Nostro transactions by cut-off time and identify unmatched transactions.
• Reconcile Interbank Transfers, Bakong, Cash & Credit Reports, and Teller Branch Accounts.
• Monitor and report daily bank balances and cash positions, identifying anomalies.
• Process customer, partner, WCXS, payroll, and dispute adjustment top-ups accurately and on time.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in reconciliation, finance operations, settlement, banking operations, or a related field.
• Good understanding of reconciliation processes, financial transaction flows, GL structures, and error handling.
• Knowledge of banking systems, core banking reports, and operational fund flow structures.
