Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily administrative tasks and general office management.
- Support financial operations, including data entry, expense tracking, and budget monitoring.
- Help prepare financial reports and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Contribute to the organization of events, workshops, and advocacy campaigns.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and maintain filing systems.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operational flow.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in French.
- Ability to work independently and as an effective team member.
- A keen interest in human rights, social justice, and non-profit sector work.
