Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC units and associated systems.
• Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program for various systems.
• Supervise team members to ensure safe work practices and efficient operation.
• Coordinate with engineering management on improvements, efficiency, and daily work assignments.
• Ensure contractor work adheres to health and safety policies and contract terms.
• Conduct quality checks on work in progress and upon completion.

Requirements

• Proficient in all aspects of HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Ability to work independently with good interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Proven ability to build, lead, and supervise a team.
• Thorough knowledge of heating, ventilation, and refrigeration theory.
• Working knowledge of electricity and ability to diagnose equipment malfunctions.
• Ability to prioritize, plan, assign, and coordinate work effectively.
